11 Training sessions & courses to build a more diverse workforce
The Academy for Diversity and Innovation, founded last year by Anna Zelno (intercultures‘ Managing Director Spain), Antonio Liu Yang and Barbara Covarrubias, launches its Summer edition, with 11 courses and masterclasses, which are designed to prepare its participants to lead Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives in their organisations.
Creating diverse and inclusive learning spaces enable us to develop collective intelligence and social innovation. This is the principle under which the Summer Academy creates those spaces, leveraging collaborative methods, fostering virtual closeness, and supporting people in learning from each other across the globe.
The Academy will officially start with an Opening Party on June 28th from 14h to 15h (CET). Register here.
From July 5th to July 23rd, participants will have the chance to learn from a diverse panel of facilitators from across the globe, with options available in both English and Spanish. This year’s program includes topics like cognitive diversity, psychological safety, mentoring for inclusion, GDEIB, inclusion in virtual space, and special training for J.E.D.I.s (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) besides two masterclasses about racism.
