On 24-26 October, intercultures CEE sponsored and participated in the international SIETAR Polska Congress in Warsaw.
Facing new challenges together
The theme of the Congress was the phenomenon of global economic migration and the expansion of international corporations. The topic is particularly relevant for Poland today as challenges are experienced with the influx of foreigners and increasing workplace diversity.
Between networking and exchange
During the SIETAR Polska Congress, participants took part in lectures and workshops conducted by our intercultures consultants from Germany and Poland, among other presenters. Participants of the Congress had also a chance to meet in person with faculty of the post-graduate studies program, Global Business Efficiency, including facilitators Darren Chong, Eileen Gricuk, Dr. Marcus Hildebrandt, Agnieszka Kotucz, Stefan Meister and Anna Zelno. It was a great time as well as an opportunity for networking and personal exchange.
