Introducing The „Al Nokhba“ Program
We are happy to give you an understanding about our project with our long-time client ATIC in Abu Dhabi.
Within the internship program “Al Nokhba” intercultures organizes a intercultural preparation seminar for Arabian students from engineering, which helps them to be prepared for living and working in Dresden and Singapore. With this training these young people are initialized to intercultural challenges and also for successful cooperation with their future German and Singaporean co-worker and colleagues. By this, we try to contribute to a successful stay for both parties.
Meet The Expert
The intercultural preparation training includes practical exercises, gives input about the certain culture the students are going to live in and guides the participants to reflect their own behaviours. So far our expert Dr. Abdulhamied Alromaithy, one of our experienced trainer and consultant, lead the provisions directly in Abu Dhabi.
