A Grand Opening

Right in the heart of the Polish city of Wrocław, surrounded by students, art and aspiring young companies a new intercultures office – intercultures Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) – has picked up work. On Saturday the 31st of August 2013 the big opening event was hosted at the new site.

Intercultures CEE Is Picking Up Its Work

Anna Zelno, managing director of intercultures Central and Eastern Europe had it all perfectly planned. In close cooperation with the Berlin office, Wrocław is now picking up its work a year from when the idea was first born. “Who would have thought this would happen so fast? “, Anna Zelno cheerfully asks while celebrating various big events at once on this special day. In parallel to the intercultures CEE kick-off, her businesspartner Lucyna Schumacher opened “Fabryka Sensu” a co-working space, sharing the office space with intercultures CEE.

Exchanging New Knowledge

Part of the intercultures office team from Berlin were happy to participate and join the event. Together with Anna Zelno’s young team a train-the-trainer for the new trainer pool of intercultures CEE was hosted. Four trainers with different specializations reaching from Nonviolent Communication, virtual communication and leadership to relocation, all having in-depth culture specific knowledge in Central and Eastern Europe joined the training and engaged in vivid exchange of existing and newly won knowledge.

Within the brand new office space Stefan Meister and Anna Zelno presented intercultures’ products to trainers and clients emphasizing the latest products Virtual Performance Accessment (VPA) and the InterPersonal Feedback Profiler (IFP).

A Successful Launch

During lunch, an outing at the city center around the market place and the party at the office, intercultures CEE’s guests had the chance to network and develop new ideas for future collaborations. A glass of white wine from Oviedo, a band playing The Police’s Roxanne and the beautiful environment in the modern office sealed off a warm and welcoming first day and night at Wrocław and ic CEE. The day didn’t leave the notion of hope, but of definite guarantee that this successful business launch will foster prosperous ideas by a team of dedicated women with a bright future for intercultures CEE ahead.

Please feel free to contact our office in Wrocław for more information.
