While most Russian-German co-operations focus on Moscow,intercultures‚ consultant Aksana Kavalchuk had the possibility to venture a little beyond the Capital. A training for KWS, a German company specialized in seed development, brought her to the town of Lipezk.
»Even though the travel was a little challenge, the training was well worth the effort«, says Aksana. In the last two years, our consultants have worked in more than 15 countries outside of Germany, not all in locations as rarely visited as Lipezk.
