AIDA Cruises is the German market’s leading cruise company. A total of five AIDA ships are presently in service: AIDAcara, AIDAvita, AIDAaura, AIDAdiva, AIDAbella. AIDA Cruises currently employs a total of approx. 3,000 staff from 25 countries. intercultures‚ trainer Sujata Banerjee is delivering regular trainings at the Rostock headquarter aimed at enhancing the leadership skills of employees dealing with a multicultural crew, mainly of Asian backgrounds.
Other new customers include two silent champions in their fields. SWF Krantechnik is a Mannheim based leader in crane technology, and Sunrise Medical is one of the world’s largest manufacturer for homecare and extended care products.
