During a recent visit to Istanbul, intercultures director Stefan Meister discussed market development in Turkey with local lead consultant Ferhan Alesi. Ferhan herself is presently very busy in a large diversity project but stated that the general development of business in the intercultural field for Turkish consultants is still slow compared to colleagues in Western Europe.
