Which target groups are most likely to benefit from process-oriented training?
Process-oriented training is particularly suited to the preparation of staff for particular tasks or business processes in or with diverse cultures.
Staff need not leave their original culture in order to do this. It might involve, for example, dealing with foreign delegations or with the grievances of international clients.
An additional target group is staff members that regularly, but briefly, leave their original culture in order to carry out short-term activities in different cultures. These may be members of staff who install assembly lines in various countries, or experts that are involved in health consultancy projects worldwide.
