How does intercultures approach non culture-specific training?
Our training is very interactive. Our non culture-specific training is particularly so, in that it calls upon participants to constantly explore and question their own and other cultural positioning.
This kind of training places experiencing and the embodiment of cultural attitudes even more in the foreground. To ensure the greatest amount of diversity in any given group, we only offer this training to groups of 9 participants or more.
This is important because non culture-specific training entails long culture simulations, or role play, both of which are only effective when a certain minimum number of participants is involved.
