Does intercultures use resource people?
Resource people are an important enhancement for training when the trainer does not have the requisite work or living experience in a particular target culture. This is almost never the case with intercultures. Resource people are also useful when a trainer alone can not completely cover a specific area within a target culture.
At the moment, approximately 10% of interculturesculture-specific training is carried out using resource persons, who are able to illustrate specific aspects of the culture in question particularly well. Their use frequently involves increased training costs. Contact us to learn whether the use of a resource person would be meaningful or necessary for your particular situation.
