Our Understanding of Quality
Our quality assurance is particularly effective due to regular exchanges with our clients (HR departments and training participants).
- It is based on three distinct levels of interaction:
Processes
Expert Selection
Contact with clients
Processes
Besides meticulous preparation (needs analyses, personal contact with participants prior to training (depending on the situation), creation of assignment specific materials and the incorporation of feedback loops in the process (e.g. during training: monitored learning, knowledge retention checks, safeguarding outcomes, action plans), a joint evaluation from two perspectives (participants and trainer) is a matter of course. We always strive to obtain both immediate and long term feedback from participants and clients.
Expert Selection
The demands on experts in the intercultural field in the last few years have grown as dynamically as those placed on executives. In order to address the complexity of the interwoven systems and processes, exceptional professional skills are required.

Contact with Clients
It is only through close contact with the companies and organizations with whom we work that we can deliver our high quality standards. The more we know about the experiences of our participants or clients, the more directed and sustainable the training, coaching or consulting. This includes regular updates of our knowledge of their organizational culture, key market activities and other important areas.
It is equally important to us that, without commercial ulterior motives, our partners be made aware of important new developments in the intercultural field or be invited to trade events (e.g. SIETAR). We would like intercultural perspectives in the business world to assume their rightful place In this era of rapid globalization.

Name and Symbol of intercultures
The name intercultures relates to the inter in the communication between cultures and the synergies generated when people from two or more cultures undertake a joint endeavor.
The symbol of intercultures is a small circle rotating within a larger one. It is simultaneously a large circle revolving around a smaller one. Everything revolves around cultures and frames of reference; we find the bigger picture reflected in small events and the specific drives the whole.
