If our understanding of how intercultural training, coaching and consulting should be delivered corresponds to yours and you feel that your exceptional qualifications and experience would be an asset to us, we would be delighted to hear from you.

We are currently seeking experts, preferably natives, with comprehensive experience in the following cultures and regions:

• Thailand
• Australia/New Zealand
• Slovakia
• Greece
• Hungary

Internships
intercultures offers internship opportunities for a period of six months, twice annually, beginning in March/April and September/October. Applications for other times as well as project-based practical training will be considered at other times on their merits.

What we expect from you:

• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken German and English
• Personal intercultural experience with resultant self-reflection
• Extensive academic and/or professional examination of the intercultural field, primarily in the area of business
• Fundamental grasp of international business processes and their potential effects on the working and living conditions of our clients
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
• Eagerness to communicate with clients
• Solid knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point. Mac OS X skills are desired but not required.

What we offer you:

• Acquaintance with and subsequent implementation of some of our business practices (contact with international clients and experts, needs analyses, program development, project supervision, evaluations, quality control, marketing, press work, research, creation of documents)
• Participation/assistance during a training session and/or trade fair (subject to availability)
• Regular feedback with the office team
• A small monthly stipend
